Thank you to Dr. Bill Tullo for coming out to TLC Tysons Corner this afternoon to review our clinical and administrative processes. Today is my three-year anniversary with TLC (so happy!) which also marks three years of unsuccessful attempts to stump Dr. Tullo with clinical questions (promise to try harder!). He is a wealth of knowledge, and I am so grateful to have him as a valuable clinical resource.

Together, we reviewed key clinical pearls to help our TLC Tysons Corner team better analyze your patient's information as they consider laser vision correction. We also devised a plan for improving our administrative end so that patients are helped more efficiently.

One of the aspects that really drew me to TLC was their expectation of continual education and improvement. Your TLC team is constantly being offered educational sessions like this to improve how we care for our shared patients. - jw
