Dr. Perman Knows How to Sew?

Dr. Perman was kind enough to return to TLC Tysons Corner to present a continuing education lecture about oculoplastic management.

Dr. Perman always brings the pictures that make you wish you had skipped dinner immediately before. While my stomach was churning, my brain was fascinated.

At one point, Dr. Perman equated what he does as an oculoplastics surgeon to sewing. It's a delicate balance when putting human tissue back together again. While I see the analogy, I just don't ever imagine myself creating anything as beautiful as he does with my personal sewing machine. Those traumatic reconstructive surgery results are beyond amazing.
