Dr. Solomon Discusses Cataract Surgery Advances at TLC Tysons CE Series

Dr. Solomon's CE lecture this past Monday was a depth-defying feat.

A representative from TrueVision 3D Surgical brought in two of their systems to demonstrate their 3D technology. Using the TrueVision system, the surgeon experiences a more comfortable, improved view of their surgical case. Also, the surgical team can view what is happening simultaneously using the television screen. Everyone in attendance enjoyed popcorn while they watched the 3D demo using the fashionable 3D glasses.

It's really interesting to see how the advances in refractive surgery have been reflected in the similar advances in cataract surgery. - jw
