From our Guest Bloggers Olivia and Tigi:

Thanks to The DiJulius Group for delivering such a valuable and needed customer service training at the Secret Service Summit in Cleveland, Ohio. As the newest members of the TLC Tysons Corner team, we were delighted to learn more about TLC’s commitment to our patients. In the days since returning from the conference, we have been telling everyone about the valuable lessons learned. We caught up with our favorite speakers as the meeting.

Keynote Speaker Chuck Runyon is CEO & Co-Founder of Anytime Fitness. He focused on empowering and increasing employee engagement as a way to develop the employee’s emotional commitment to the organization and its goals. “Empower the employees to take ownership of the culture because like a healthy tree, a healthy culture grows from the top and bottom,” Mr. Runyon said.

Rory Vaden, Keynote Speaker and author of “Procrastinate on Purpose – Multiply Your Time”, delivered a mind-opening presentation around utilizing the time we have to feed long-term results. Effective prioritization of goal and delegation of tasks can lead to greater productivity. “Success is never owned. It is only rented, and the rent is due every day, “ Mr. Vaden explained.
