Jennifer Phung to Concentrate on a Different Part of the Eye

Many of you know Jennifer Phung as a kind-hearted TLC staff member that has helped many of your patients complete their surgical procedures with ease. She has assisted Dr. Holzman in the OR for many years, in addition to her many other roles in the office. As Jennifer's personal small business continues to grow, she has decided to concentrate on a different part of the eyeball ... eyelashes! ... so today was her last "official" TLC day.

"I first met Jen when she was still going to college. She had such a warm, welcoming smile, and we hit it off immediately. As we got to know each other better, she asked me if we had any tech openings at Millennium, and would we be willing to train someone. We didn’t at the time, but eventually we had an opening for a tech. Dr. Holzman and Maria probably weren’t too thrilled at the prospect of having to train a tech from scratch, but I said this one would be well worth the effort. I just knew she would end up being one of the best in the business. Jen is so bright and was so eager to learn this new skill! I was so excited that they decided to give it a shot.

The rest is history. No one ever regretted for one minute that we hired her, that’s for sure! Anything she’s ever been asked to do, has been completed perfectly, with a smile and no complaints. She can do pretty much anything in the center. When she used to PC or help out calling leads (which no one likes to do), she converted patients as well as anyone who was doing it for years. And patients love her as much as we do! I’m sure everyone at the center would attest to the fact that Jen is one of our dearest treasures and will be sorely missed."
