Pre- and Post-op Patient Instructions Have Been Updated

We're add it again!

The pre- and post-op patient instruction sheets have been updated again. We tried to make them more user-friendly.

If your patient has lost their copy or wants another, just print their appropriate instruction sheet for them. Very easy to click on the appropriate form and print for them.

Look over the instructions, if you have the time, and let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement. We'll incorporate them into our next round of edits. - jw
